Many of our residents move in to relieve the pressures of living alone. How many times do you just not feel like cooking a meal, or is it getting more difficult to remember if you took your medication as the doctor ordered? Summer time brings yard mowing, tree trimming and watering. Winter brings snow, ice and the isolation of staying at home.
Making the decision to move into our Assisted Living program takes the pressures out of your life. Residents and their guests are welcome to come and go as they choose.
Deluxe Units: Located at 106 Tyler and remodeled in 1997, we have spacious 750 sq. ft. apartments and 4 smaller 300 sq. ft. apartments. The larger unit offers a living room, bedroom, full kitchen with dinette area, washers and dryers, and a private patio. These apartments are ideal for individuals or couples.
Standard Units: Located at 2904 West 8th Street, and built new in 2001, we offer units with a living room/bedroom combination, kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, and a bathroom with a dressing area and walk-in shower. There are standard rooms with 300 sq. ft. and large standard rooms with 325 sq. ft. Medicaid assistance is also accepted from eligible residents.

A negotiated service agreement is completed on all residents prior to admission. The services are tailored to you as an individual allowing you to maintain the greatest level of independence possible. These services include the following:
Meals
All meals are provided in our beautiful open dining area. Breakfast is cooked to order between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. Lunch is at 12:00 p.m. with a serve yourself salad bar at 11:45 a.m. each day. Dinner is served at 5:00 p.m. nightly. A calendar will be provided at the beginning of the month detailing the menus for each day.
