Every Halloween, in the Windsor communities, residents sit at their doors with buckets of candy in an effort to provide a safe, fun place for children to go. Over 2,000 children pass through Windsor to be spoiled by all the Grandmas and Grandpas each year. This event provides purpose for residents, while providing fun for the children.
